guided tour of the day beginning at 4:30 p.m. Admission fees for a
guided tour of the museum are $3 for adults, $2.50 for seniors age 55
and older, and $1 for children age 12 and under. The Birthplace of John Wayne is located at 216 South Second Street in Winterset. The home is in a residential area, with no designated parking lot. Visitors can park on the street in the quiet neighborhood.
